Apply First Graduate Certificate Step By Step Guide
To get First Graduate Certificate You have to register an account in tnesevai website after that have to create CAN Number.
- Register ESevai ID in TNeGA
- Register CAN Number in TNeGA
Once you have done, login into your TNeGA Account and on dashboard click “Revenue Department” Link.


It will list out all the services offered by the Revenue Department. On that, you have to click ” First Graduate Certificate“.

It will open the instructions page so read the instructions carefully and proceed. You have to pay Rs.60 fees for this certificate.

Next step On CAN Number page, have to search your CAN Number with the help of your phone number. After the search, have to verify the CAN number with OTP and proceed further.


On the “Details of Family Members” form, have to fill your father, mother, sister, and brother details with educational information. After that In “Education Details” field have to fill your details.

Finally, have to upload the required documents in the respective size. Then submit the application and pay Rs.60 fee using credit/debit card or via net banking.
